Who we are

PAYR is a product of Data Reach Solutions (“we”). This notice covers the information you give us on this website, payr.ph. Payroll data that our customers keep in PAYR is covered by each customer’s own privacy notice and by the data processing agreement we sign with them.

What we collect and why

• When you start a free trial, this website sends you to the PAYR app to create your account and your company. What you enter there is covered by the PAYR terms and the data processing agreement you accept when you sign up.
• When you book an Enterprise call, the booking calendar on this site is provided by Calendly. Your name, email and the answers you give go to Calendly and to us. We use them only to arrange and prepare the call and to follow up about PAYR. Calendly handles them under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies inside the calendar.
• When you enter a company code to sign in, the code is used to send you to your company’s address and is not stored.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is handled by the providers that host this website, run our booking calendar (Calendly) and deliver our email, under agreements that require them to protect it, and otherwise only where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep Enterprise call bookings and notes for up to two years from our last contact with you, unless your company becomes a customer, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, and you may complain to the National Privacy Commission. Write to us at the contact address on this site.
