14 days to feel at home
Try your own payroll. Find your peace of mind.
Start with Professional features. Set up your company, test a recent cut-off, and choose a plan when you’re ready. Everything you set up carries over.
Step 1
Day 1
Create your account
Sign up at app.payr.ph and create your company in minutes, with two-step sign-in. No card needed. Once we verify your company, it gets its own address, yourcompany.payr.ph.
Step 2
During the trial
Set up in short steps
A checklist of ten steps: company and sites, pay calendar, policies, people and approvals, employees, balances, attendance, employee access. Each step saves as you go, and a PAYR specialist can prepare drafts for you.
Step 3
Before you commit
Prove it in parallel
Run one of your recent cut-offs in PAYR and compare it line by line with what you paid. Every difference is listed with its reason until your accounting team signs off the test run.
Step 4
The cut-off you choose
Choose a plan, then go live
Choose a plan to keep going: everything you set up carries over. Keep testing in parallel as long as you need, then sign the rule book and switch on from the cut-off you pick.
During the 14-day trial
Your account and your company, at app.payr.ph
Your employees, pay calendar, policies and approvals set up
Attendance from your scanner’s USB file
Test runs of a recent cut-off, compared line by line with what you paid
What stays safe
Payslips are marked “Trial” and employees don’t see them
No bank or government files are released
Nothing is posted as real pay
If you don’t continue
If you don’t continue, your company turns read-only for 30 days so you can export everything, then it is deleted and the deletion is logged. No card is asked for, so nothing is charged.
Monthly invoices, payment by bank transfer, and no automatic card charges. Here’s how it all works.
What counts as an active employee?
Anyone paid in a pay run posted that month. People who have left, or who were not paid that month, are not counted.
Why is there a monthly minimum?
Every company gets the same rules upkeep, government file updates and support, whatever its size. The minimum covers that. Below the minimum’s headcount you pay the minimum, not the per-employee price.
Do you charge for wage orders, tax tables or extra regions?
No. Statutory updates, wage orders, holidays and every wage region are included in every plan.
What does onboarding cost?
Onboarding is quoted for your sites, scanners and headcount, and includes setting up with a specialist, loading your employees and balances, and your parallel cut-offs. You see the quote before you commit to anything.
When do we choose a plan?
By the end of your 14-day trial, or sooner if you are ready. The trial runs on Professional features; choose the plan that fits and everything you set up carries over. You can keep testing in parallel before you go live.
How are we billed?
Monthly, by invoice, for the active employees paid that month, payable by bank transfer. Paying for the year in advance takes 10% off.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. You can export all your data at any time, in open formats, without asking us. If you cancel, you get a full export before deletion. You keep your own payroll records for the BIR.
